The combination of high quality organic milk and the skills of the Belton Cheesemakers give Belton Farm Organic Mature Cheddar its exceptional quality and a taste that delivers every time.
Full bodied with a distinctively sweet, nutty flavour. A complex, lasting, slightly nutty flavours of Mature Cheddar and beyond. The cheese is aged for a minimum of 10 months to bring out the nutty and sweet notes of this distinctive cheese.
