1 x Vintage White Fox 1kg

Vintage White Fox uses a unique recipe which has developed over many years. Slowly matured, Vintage White Fox develops a ‘crunch’, giving a rugged mouth feel and depth of flavour that is tough to beat. This delicious cheese is aged to perfection and extremely versatile and matured for around 18 months, giving a greater depth of flavour.

 

1 x Organic Red Leicester 200g

Our Organic Red Leicester is slightly sweet with an almost caramel flavour which builds up a more robust taste during the maturing process. A natural colouring, annatto is added to the cheese to denote its richness and creaminess. The cheese is aged for a minimum of 10 months to bring out the rich and savoury notes of this distinctive cheese.

 

1 x Organic Mature Cheddar 200g

Full bodied with a distinctively sweet, nutty flavour. A complex, lasting, slightly nutty flavours of Mature Cheddar and beyond. The cheese is aged for a minimum of 10 months to bring out the nutty and sweet notes of this distinctive cheese.

 

1 x Double Gloucester 179g

Smooth with a creamy, buttery flavour, rich and nutty yet mellow with a straw like colour from the addition of natural plant extract, annatto. Double Gloucester is a particularly good melting cheese. Aside from that, Double Gloucester’s texture has enough bite to make for a satisfying snack in its own right.

 

1 x Red Fox 200g 

Red Fox uses a unique recipe which was developed over many years. This along with carefully selected cultures and the skill of our cheese-makers produces an intense and complex blend of sweet and savoury distinctive flavours.

 

1 x Smoked Red Fox 200g

The complex blend of sweet and savoury distinctive flavours of the Red Fox, matured for between 16-18 months and naturally smoked for 10 hours over Oak chips. The russet coloured cheese has a cunningly unexpected crunch, from the naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals which form as the cheese matures.

 

1 x Peters Yard Crackers 105g

These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with our signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and organic fresh milk

 

1 x Mrs Darlington Beetroot Chutney 312g

It’s a taste you can enjoy not only with cheese and biscuits, but also with shepherds pie and smoked mackerel.  Incredibly versatile, delicious with cold meats, salads and in your favourite toasties.
