We recently attended The Cream Awards for Dairy Trade 2019 in which was held at the Chesford Grange Hotel and Spa, Kenilworth on Wednesday 6th February 2019. The awards ceremony saw around 250 attendees from across the country, in which were all short listed for different awards, from a range of different businesses, within the dairy industry.

The Cream Awards were created to recognise some of the brightest, and best business and people across the dairy industry. The awards drive positive forward thinking and recognise the innovation and success in the dairy industry, promoting best practice and excellence from technical production and husbandry to marketing and export skills; and also, farmers that go the extra mile to reach their goals.

Belton Farm were awarded with The Taste of Excellence Award 2019 for the famous Vintage White Fox in which was up against a number of other dairy products including ice creams, butters and flavoured milks. The Taste of Excellence category was kindly sponsored by Morrison’s; in which the award was presented by Sophie Throup, Agricultural Manager of Wm Morrison’s, to our Farm Liaison Manager, Hollie Reid and Marketing Assistant, Amy Parry.

Belton Farm also donated a range of cheese, including the award-winning Vintage White Fox, for the after-dinner cheese table, in which went down extremely well, after all the awards had been announced. The event was a huge success, not only for Belton Farm, but for many other businesses and individuals across the UK.
