With just over two weeks to go, the excitement is building here at Belton Farm as we prepare to take part in the International Cheese & Dairy Awards 2025.

This year, we’re particularly looking forward to welcoming visitors to our new show stand, just look out for the Red Fox, you won’t miss us!

As always, we’re proud to be showcasing a wide selection from our award-winning range, including classic territorial favourites, contemporary styles, vat-made additive cheeses and organic British cheeses, all handcrafted with care at our dairy in Shropshire.

Behind the scenes, our cheese room is a hive of activity as our competition entries are prepared and dressed ready for judging on 25th June. From hand-selecting each cheese to perfecting its presentation, there’s a lot of passion and precision going into every entry.
