We’re excited to introduce the newest addition to the Fox family of cheeses, the Fox Cheese Trio, making its debut at the International Cheese and Dairy Awards in Staffordshire next week.

This striking new pack brings together three standout cheeses from our award-winning range Silver Fox, Red Fox, and Smoked Red Fox, each with its own distinct personality and flavour profile. Whether you’re gifting to a fellow cheese lover, building the ultimate cheeseboard, or simply treating yourself, this trio is made to impress.

The Fox Cheese Trio includes:

Silver Fox – A bold, modern take on vintage British Cheddar. Matured for up to 18 months, it delivers a rich, savoury depth with a creamy finish and the satisfying crunch of calcium lactate crystals.

Red Fox – The original and best-loved Fox. This aged Red Leicester is matured for over 16 months to develop a clever balance of sweet and savoury flavours, along with its signature crunch.

Smoked Red Fox – Naturally smoked over oak chips to create a warm, campfire aroma that perfectly complements the sweet-savoury complexity of the cheese.

Each 3 x 100g trio pack is designed to stand out on shelf and is ideal for sharing, sampling, or seasonal gifting. It will be available via the Belton Farm online shop, farm shops and independent delis from July, with a wider rollout to major UK retailers ahead of Christmas 2025.
