Cheese and Chutney Biscuits

  • 150g/5oz Belton Farm Organic Mature Cheddar, grated
    100g/4oz cold salted butter, diced
    150g/5oz plain flour, plus extra for dusting
    1 ½ tbsp chutney


  1. Preheat the oven to 180c / 160c fan / gas mark 4.

  2. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until it starts to come together.

  3. Tip the mixture out onto a floured work surface and roll out ½ cm thick.

  4. Use a knife to cut out shapes then transfer to lined baking trays and cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks and serve with cheese, chutney and grapes.
